Be among the first to experience Wilmington’s newest community at a fun, open-house-style launch event. Explore the vision for Faye’s Meadow while enjoying giveaways, a local food truck, a live DJ, and ice-cold beer and wine. It’s the perfect chance to get an early look at what’s ahead.
Exclusive attendee giveaways include $500 cash, $250 cash, and a “Stuff the YETI” prize, available only to guests who attend the event.
Brokers in attendance will also be added to our official list and eligible for a tiered commission incentive based on contracts written in Faye’s Meadow following the event: 2.75% for the first buyer, 3.0% for the second, and 3.25% for the third. Buyers must go under contract for incentives to apply.
